DACA Form Preparation

Yes, Beginning April 2022, USCIS now offers e-filing for DACA renewal applications. See www.uscis.gov for additional information.

It is recommended that you renew between 120 -150 days before the expiration of your current DACA.

The USCIS filing fee to renew a DACA application is $495

The service charge is $500  which includes:

Form preparation service

E-filing directly with USCIS (unless you prefer we mail in your application)

Assistance creating your 'my.uscis' account

Translations (if required)

Copies/Scans of your application

• Your expiring Employment Authorization Document
• Your social security card
• Your passport
• Your identification
• Optional: 2 passport style photos

Filing fees are made out directly to US Department of Homeland Security in the amount of $495.00. Depending on how you choose to file (mail or e-file), you may either pay with visa, check or money order.
